Stages From Client Call to Job Done

1. Client calls us and call logged and dated. 2. We call back client to arrange suitable appointment. 3. Visit client and discuss their requirements. 4. Post out fixed quotation. 5. Client calls to except price.

6. Letter to client confirming dates to start the work and an acceptance form to be signed and returned along with a deposit agreed before hand. 7. Job done and client happy, either paid there and then or invoice sent out for prompt payment. 8. Call to client 1 week later to see if there are no problems.
